City Welcomes New Associate Planner

Cottonwood Heights is proud to welcome one of its own to join our team.

Andrew Hulka is the city’s new associate planner. He takes over for Michael Johnson, who was recently promoted to Senior Planner.

Hulka grew up in Cottonwood Heights and graduated from Butler Middle School and Brighton High School. He also graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree and is currently attending the University of Utah, where he working for a master’s degree in planning.

Hulka also currently lives in Cottonwood Heights.
