The Wasatch Front Regional Council recently awarded Cottonwood Heights a grant to study transportation and land-use along Wasatch Boulevard. As part of this process, the city will host a Wasatch Boulevard Open House on Thursday, Nov. 16 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd.) to get feedback from residents and business owners in the area.

The comprehensive study will look at vehicles, ski traffic, the park-and-ride lots, alternative transportation options (including transit, cycling and pedestrian opportunities), recreation and future growth along this highly-utilized corridor. If you have any questions about the study or the open house, contact the city’s planning department at 801-944-7060.
