Wasatch Boulevard
Master Plan

In 2017, the city was awarded an $85,000 grant from the Wasatch Front Regional Council to conduct a long-range master plan study on the Wasatch Boulevard corridor.

The Wasatch Boulevard Master Plan is a project led by the city that will guide the future evolution of Wasatch Boulevard and the communities it serves. The Plan focuses on the corridor between Interstate 215 and the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a partnership with Wasatch Front Regional Council in collaboration with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), Utah Transit Authority (UTA), Sandy City, City of Holladay, Salt Lake County, and other stakeholders.

This planning effort will paint a comprehensive picture of the corridor, develop a long-range vision for the corridor, and develop strategies to achieve that vision.
